Our Event Spaces

Choose the ideal setting for your shindig. From cozy indoor spots to open-air hangouts, each space has its own flavor.

  • Indoor Tavern

    Capacity: 40
    Cozy, rustic, and perfect for intimate gatherings, celebrations, and cold-weather events.

  • Covered Front Pavilion

    Capacity: ~50
    Perfect for casual outdoor gatherings, day or night. This covered patio features heating, making it a comfortable, all-season space.

  • Large Side Patio — The Barnyard

    Capacity: 100
    Includes a stage, making it ideal for live music, holiday events, and larger group gatherings.

Prices and Information

Every rental comes packed with built-in fun, and you can tack on extra perks to make the experience your own. With trusted local partners and straight-shootin’ transparent pricing, planning your event is easy as pie.

  • What’s Included

    All rentals automatically come with:

    • Foosball

    • Large TV monitors

    • PA sound system (when applicable)

    • Outdoor games (cornhole, horseshoes, ax throwing — weather permitting)

    • Karaoke machine to liven things up

    • A rustic, welcoming environment your guests will love

  • Add-On Options

    Customize your event with optional upgrades and services:

    • On-site event planner/event coordinator

    • Food vendor catering from Mac Nation Café (720-220-3614)

    • Access to additional savory & sweet food vendors

    • Wedding officiant

    • Rides on the iconic Golden Hayride

    • Live music & bands

    • Seasonal add-ons (ex: Santa & Elves for holiday events)

  • Space Fees

    • Indoor Tavern: $250/hour

    • Front Patio: $200/hour

    • Large Side Patio / Barnyard: $200/hour

    Additional Requirements

    • Beverage minimum: $300

    • Bartender & Wrangler: $16/hour + 20% gratuity

    • Service charge: 20% added to all reservation parties

    • Deposit: 50% due at booking; remainder due at event end (including beverages & rental balance)
